Work Terms

Work Terms

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (WAT). Weekend availability can be arranged when needed.

Payment Terms: Project-based or hourly payments are accepted. For fixed projects, payment is required according to the agreed milestones or Guru payment terms before final delivery.

Communication: Preferred communication is through Guru messages for project-related discussions, updates, and file sharing. Video calls can be arranged when necessary.

Response Time: I aim to respond to messages within 24 hours during working days.

Revisions: Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional requests or major changes outside the scope may require an additional fee.

Project Requirements: Client should provide the necessary Shopify access, branding assets, product information, images, and other content required to complete the project.

Project Changes: Any changes to the original scope, deliverables, or timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
