I’m an experienced compliance professional specializing in AML, KYC, and fraud prevention for fintech startups and financial institutions. Over the past decade, I’ve supported teams through every stage of compliance program development — from policy creation and risk assessment to transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting.

My background spans both traditional banking and innovative fintech environments, giving me a balanced perspective on what it takes to stay compliant while scaling quickly. I’ve worked extensively with BSA/AML programs, OFAC screening, PEPs and adverse media monitoring, SAR drafting, and vendor due diligence. I also help early-stage fintechs build pragmatic compliance frameworks that satisfy regulators without slowing down product development.

Before moving into consulting, I served as a compliance officer and operations lead, managing customer identification programs and fraud investigations. I’m known for combining analytical precision with clear communication — helping clients not only meet their obligations but understand them. I believe strong compliance starts with curiosity and the willingness to think a few steps ahead.
