Throughout my career, I have successfully handled various administrative functions, including data entry, appointment scheduling, calendar and mailbox management, and report preparation. As a Sales Administrator and Recruiting Coordinator at Sales Recruiting University I am managing databases, coordinating candidate applications, scanning and identifying qualified resumes, lead generation and also supporting internal operations.
I also worked as an Appointment Scheduler Administrative Assistant and Data Entry Specialist where I developed skills that are directly applicable to a Virtual Assistant role.

Work Terms
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MST/EST/CST/PST (flexible as needed).
Payment: Hourly or project-based, with weekly or biweekly billing.
Communication: I’m available via mailbox, chat, slack or video call (Zoom, Slack, Google Meet). I value clear, quick communication and regular updates.
