Work Terms
All project fees are at the rate of $275.00 hourly with an initial minimum project fee requirement of $550.00 (two hours of consulting time.) Any extension of or addition to the project identified below, unless otherwise noted, is based upon a minimum charge of no less than two-hours of consulting time. Consulting/project fees will be discounted for projects exceeding 10 hours in length. All retainers are paid in full when the project is initiated. Telephone or Skype consulting/counseling time will be billed at the same rate as in-person time. Additionally, refunds are not applicable for unused counseling or consulting time. Consulting projects can be conducted either by in-person meetings, telephone, or through Skype conferences and do not involve preparation of resumes or cover letters. Resumes and cover letters are billed at our published rates.
It is understood that LDA is a human resource career management and professional services consulting firm and not an employment or placement agency, and that fees paid are for consultation and assistance in helping you to maximize your career opportunities, effectively manage your career situation, mediate issues and disputes, or solve important business-related problems and are not employment or placement fees or satisfaction guarantees. DMG cannot guarantee the outcome of any specific project based solely on advice provided, and therefore any decision to accept or reject an offer, or to accept or reject any specific counseling or consulting advice or suggestions rests with the client, and LDA shall not be held accountable, and shall furthermore be held harmless, for any decisions made or actions taken by the client.
