Work Terms
1. Project Discussion & Requirements:
Before starting, I require a clear understanding of your game idea, references (if any), target platform (Android/iOS), and timeline. If needed, we’ll schedule a chat to clarify everything.
2. Project Scope & Milestones:
Work will be divided into phases or milestones based on your game’s complexity. Each milestone will include specific tasks like UI setup, game mechanics, ad integration, etc.
3. Communication:
I prefer communication via Guru chat, WhatsApp, or email — whichever is comfortable for the client. I’ll provide regular progress updates and builds.
4. Delivery & Revisions:
Each milestone will include delivery of builds or assets. I offer 2 free revisions per milestone. Extra revisions can be discussed based on scope.
5. Timeline Commitment:
Delivery time depends on project size. For small games, usually 7–14 days. Large projects might take 3–6 weeks. I always meet deadlines unless scope changes mid-project.
6. Tools & Tech Stack:
I use Unity (latest stable version), C#, Photoshop (for minor UI edits), Unity Profiler, and other tools like Addressables, Invector RFPS, and third-party SDKs if required.
7. Confidentiality & Source Code:
All your ideas and assets are kept strictly confidential. Final source code will be shared once full payment is made or as per milestone agreement.
8. Payment Terms:
Payments are tied to milestones. 30–50% upfront may be requested for larger projects. For small jobs, 100% payment after final delivery is acceptable.
9. Support & Bug Fixes:
I offer free post-delivery bug support for 15 days. Any major feature additions after delivery will be charged separately.
