I’m Eric Galvan, a UX/UI leader with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering digital products for enterprise clients across Mexico, Latin America, the US, and Europe.
My work spans mobile banking apps, enterprise SaaS platforms, design systems, and complex B2B tools — always with a focus on making difficult experiences feel simple and intentional. I’ve worked with some of the most demanding clients in their industries: AT&T, Banorte, BP Mexico, Telcel, Motorola Solutions, and major LATAM banks through Backbase.
At Deloitte Digital, I currently lead UX delivery for enterprise Salesforce programs, managing teams of 16+ designers, building design systems from scratch, and aligning stakeholders across product, engineering, and business leadership. Previously at IBM, I was an Experience Design Consultant and chaired the Design Thinking Chapter for Mexico and Latin America, mentoring over 800 professionals in human-centered design practices.
What makes me different is that I combine hands-on design craft with strategic leadership. I don’t just deliver screens — I build the structures, processes, and systems that make design teams work better and products get shipped faster. I’m also an IBM-certified Enterprise Design Thinking Coach and hold Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications.
I’m fluent in English and Spanish, work comfortably with US and European clients, and I am experienced with fully remote and distributed team environments. I use the latest AI-assisted design workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality.

Work Terms
I’m available Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate US time zones. I typically respond instantly to messages during business hours.
I prefer to start every engagement with a discovery call to understand your goals, timeline, and technical constraints — this ensures I deliver exactly what you need from day one.
For hourly projects, I track and report time transparently and provide regular updates so there are no surprises. For fixed-price projects, I work in milestones with clear deliverables and review checkpoints.
Communication: I’m comfortable with Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, MSTeams, or whichever tool your team uses. I share work-in-progress early and often — I believe fast feedback loops lead to better outcomes than big reveal moments.
Preferred payment: Milestone-based for fixed projects, weekly for hourly engagements.
