My name is Esther Johnson. I am a Cape Town girl born and raised, proudly South African,
and passionate about helping businesses and people reach their full potential.

I founded Johnson3 Global Consulting Pty Ltd in 2016 after years of corporate experience
convinced me that businesses and individuals deserve better — better data, better people
strategies, and better guidance.

My career has taken me across some fascinating industries. I spent 6 years as a Senior
Compliance Officer in financial services marketing, where I built compliance frameworks
from scratch, trained entire sales teams, and monitored hundreds of client interactions for
quality and regulatory adherence. I also ran full cycle recruitment for two companies
simultaneously — writing job adverts, interviewing candidates, onboarding staff,
and managing all HR functions independently.

Before that I managed a complete e-commerce business operation — handling everything from procurement and global supplier relationships to payroll, SARS compliance, and call centre management. That experience taught me that a great business runs on great data, great people, and great systems. Those three pillars are at the heart of everything I do
for my clients today.

In January 2026 I completed my Power BI certification with an MCT certified trainer and immediately began offering interactive dashboard services to businesses who want real time visibility of their performance. There is nothing more satisfying than showing a business owner their data in a beautiful interactive dashboard for the first time and watching their eyes light up.

I am also a Flowmingo Certified Partner — which means I am trained in global talent discovery and transformation. This perfectly complements my HR and recruitment background and gives my clients access to world class talent solutions.

Beyond my professional life I am deeply passionate about people. I have served as a Dance Fitness Instructor for 10 years — because I believe a healthy body feeds a healthy mind and a productive professional life. I love music, movement, and anything that brings people together in joy.

I am also honoured to serve as High Commissioner and Secretary General of the National First Peoples Indigenous Authority Council — a voluntary role that speaks to my deep commitment to community, justice, and giving back.

I am bilingual in English and Afrikaans, which gives me a natural connection with clients across South Africa and beyond.

When I am not building dashboards or coaching professionals, you will find me spending
time with my family, exploring Cape Town's magnificent scenery, or planning my next
speaking engagement.

Work Terms

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday to Friday: 8:00am — 6:00pm SAST
(South African Standard Time UTC+2)
Saturday: 9:00am — 1:00pm SAST
Sunday: Closed — family time

I respond to all messages within 20 minutes - 2 hours during business hours, and within 4 hours outside business hours.

PAYMENT TERMS
All projects require full SafePay funding before work commences. No exceptions.

For hourly projects — SafePay must be funded for minimum 2 hours upfront before work begins.

For fixed price projects — full project amount must be funded in SafePay before I start a single minute of work.

I do not offer free samples, free trials, or unpaid test projects under any circumstances.

Revision policy:
- Standard projects — 1 round of revisions
- Premium projects — 2 rounds of revisions
- Additional revisions charged at $45/hour

I work with a limited number of clients at any one time to ensure every project receives my full attention and expertise.
