Work Terms

Terms and Conditions

QUOTATION

. The quotation is an estimate figure that may change with the development of the website.

. Evocative Technologies will not exceed the estimate figure without notifying the client.


CONTENT

. All content must be provided electronically by the client. It will be charged for the content typed by Evocative Technologies.

. All photographs must be provided by the client and the quality provided will be used as is.

. The client must provide their logo electronically.

. The client must provide a short description of their business and search words (electronically) that would be used for search engine results.


DESIGN

. Evocative Technologies will offer 3 graphical designs customized according to your professional image and colors.

. Evocative Technologies does not make use of templates. Each website is uniquely designed for each client.

. All the pages are effective web pages, with a maximum of 500 words per page.

. All web pages will carry the web design chosen by you. If any of the pages require a different design, the normal designing rate will be charged for each new design required.


PAYMENT

. Non refundable deposit of 50% of the quote is payable with order. No work will commence before payment is cleared in Evocative Technologies Bank Account.

. On completion of the project, client will have 7 working days to pay the outstanding fees.
