Work Terms

Hours: Monday-Friday, Central Time, with scheduled availability for clients across U.S. time zones.

Engagements normally begin with a focused requirements and architecture phase. Work may be structured hourly, by milestone, or as a fixed-scope project after requirements are confirmed. Minimum project engagement: $1,500. Standard consulting and development rate: $150/hour.

We prefer clear written communication in Guru messages or an agreed project workspace, supported by scheduled video calls when useful. Deliverables, acceptance criteria, information requirements, timelines, and payment milestones are documented before implementation begins. Source code, deployment materials, testing, documentation, and handoff are included as agreed in the project scope.
