He brings this "Big Tech" rigor to Exult. Whether we are building a startup MVP or a complex .NET ecosystem, Sunil ensures that every line of code meets strict security and scalability standards. He acts not just as a CEO but as a Lead Architect, ensuring our clients receive future-proof solutions, not just quick fixes.

Dolly (Head of Business Development):
We believe that great code fails without great communication. Dolly leads our client success and business operations, acting as the bridge between your vision and our engineering team. Her focus is on process, transparency, and reliability. She ensures that requirements are crystal clear, timelines are respected, and that our clients never feel "out of the loop."

Work Terms

At Exult Cyber Solution, we prioritize transparency and long-term partnership. Our terms ensure a secure and professional workflow for every client.

1. Availability & Communication
Hours: We operate Monday–Friday with dedicated overlap for US (EST/PST) and European time zones.
Response Time: We guarantee responses within 12–24 hours.
Channels: Guru WorkRooms for official updates; Zoom/Teams/Slack for agile discussions.

2. Payment Structure (Guru SafePay)

We utilize Guru SafePay to ensure security for both parties.
Small Projects ($500):
25% – Initiation.
25% – Milestone 1 (Alpha Delivery).
25% – Milestone 2 (Beta on Staging).
25% – Final Delivery & Code Handover.
Hourly: Tracked via Guru Time Tracker and invoiced weekly.

3. Development Workflow
Staging First: We develop on private staging servers. You can monitor progress in real-time without affecting your live site.
UAT: We do not push to "Live" until you have tested and approved the work on Staging.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)
100% Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client owns all Source Code and IP. We operate on a "Work for Hire" basis.
Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and are happy to sign NDAs upon request.

5. Warranty & Support
30-Day Guarantee: We provide 30 days of free support post-delivery to fix any bugs related to our code.
Note: This warranty covers our code only and excludes issues caused by 3rd-party updates or external interference.

6. Turnaround
We commit to agreed-upon deadlines. If technical hurdles arise, we communicate immediately—no surprises.
