Work Terms

WORK TERMS

SCOPE & PRICING
This project is quoted on a project basis with an hourly cap. The agreed scope covers the deliverables outlined for this engagement. Any work requested beyond that scope will be billed hourly, and I'll confirm the rate with you before starting extra work — no surprise charges.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% of the total project fee is due before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are handed over.
Payments can be made via For Pakistanis[bank transfer / Sada pay] —For internationals [Payonneer].
Work will pause if the final payment is delayed beyond 3 days after project completion.

TIMELINE
I'll share an estimated delivery timeline once scope is confirmed. Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes on your end may extend the timeline accordingly.

COMMUNICATION
All day-to-day updates and questions go through WhatsApp for quick turnaround.
We'll also do a weekly check-in call to review progress, discuss blockers, and align on next steps.
Please keep major decisions and approvals in writing (WhatsApp) so we have a clear record.

REVISIONS
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests that go beyond the original scope will be treated as additional work and billed hourly.

CANCELLATION
If the project is cancelled after work has started, the first payment is non-refundable, covering work already completed.
