Established in June 2025, EZ Design and Consulting LLC is supported by a team with over 30 years of extensive experience in construction design and supervision across both U.S. and offshore projects. The firm’s professionals hold Professional Engineering (PE) licenses in the states of California, Texas, and Georgia.
EZ Design and Consulting LLC provides comprehensive in-house engineering services through a multidisciplinary team of experienced architects, structural engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, interior designers, landscape designers, and skilled draftsmen. These services are complemented by strong project management capabilities to ensure efficient and high- quality project delivery.

Our specialized design team is proficient in major U.S. codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, PCI, IBC, IRC, CBC, AASHTO, ASCE, and masonry building code requirements. The team has extensive experience in the design of commercial and residential developments, including building complexes, shopping centers, villas, factories, and warehouses utilizing wood, concrete, and steel structural systems.

Availability
We are available for both short-term and long-term projects, with flexible scheduling tailored to client needs and time zones. We respond promptly and am committed to maintaining transparent, ongoing communication throughout the project.
Communication
All communication will be in English, conducted via Guru.com messages, emailing, or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) whichever is most convenient for you. we provide regular updates and am always open to collaboration.
Payment Terms
Projects Under $2,000:
50% upfront advance upon contract signing.
50% final payment on successful project completion and delivery.
Projects Above $2,000:
20% initial advance upon contract signing.
30% design approval payment after client approves the proposed design.
25% milestone payments for progress on agreed-upon deliverables.
25% final payment upon complete project delivery, quality control confirmation, and website handover to the client.
