- Communicates with the client on a day-to-day basis, ensuring on-time project deliveries, and oversees client communication
- Builds rapport with clients to maintain a positive working relationship and to maintain the required key metrics
As an eCommerce VA
- Ensuring that orders are fulfilled and tracked using Oberlo or Dropified
- Responding to customer inquiries through chat and email platforms
- Assisting in Shopify store set up by integrating plugins, basic theme customization, and setting up the menu and pages
- Monitoring social media interaction, quickly determining their needs and promptly responding to their messages
