architect engineer, designer
My name is Fanni Melles, and I am an architect graduate with engineering and artistic education and approach. Attempting to wide perspectives, discover new areas linked to design and construction and aiming to expand the overall knowledge for my and future generations.
I have been working since my graduation as an architect. I was fortunate to work in several parts of the world such as Switzerland and Shanghai. Moreover, I had worked on different types of jobs, e.t. residential houses, public buildings, USB stick design, urban development.
I am able to work alone or as a member of a team. My abilities include responsible design remotely after brief information, or with answers to my questions regarding the projects.
I can create 2D drawings, 3D models, renders, visualizations, when it is needed.
I can speak English, German, Hungarian, and carry out design processes according to diverse authorities and regulations from the world.
Due to my ambitions and passion for my profession I tend to work with high quality according to the agreed requirements, and manage a project on time.
Work Terms
For the best interests of Client and my time and project management, the specifications of schedule and submission should be agreed from the beginning.
I would prefer to work not in an office because I may not in the same country as my Employer. However, I am happy to provide meetings via computer.
Of course, the proposed schedule can be differed, this is just the ideal one, but this should be agreed by each sides. The proposed fees can be renegotiate according to the requirements of design.
