Work Terms

🕘 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT)
I am available during these hours for communication, updates, and delivery of work.
Messages received outside of working hours will be responded to on the next business day.
💬 Communication:
All communication will be handled through Guru.
Response time: within 24 hours on business days.
📁 Deliverables:
Each call review will include a quality score, written feedback, and optional call summary.
Format: PDF or Excel file (based on your preference).
You may provide your own scorecard or I can use a standard one.
⏳ Turnaround Time:
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days depending on volume.
Rush delivery available upon request (additional charge may apply).
For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% on final delivery.
For hourly work: Weekly timesheets will be submitted for approval.
🔄 Revisions:
Includes 1 free round of revisions per batch of reviewed calls.
Additional revisions can be requested for an extra fee.
📦 Confidentiality:
All client data and recordings will be kept strictly confidential.
I do not share, store, or reuse your audio files after project completion.
❌ Cancellations:
Projects may be canceled if no communication is received within 5 business days.
Partial payments may be kept based on work already completed.
