Work Terms
SafePay Security: All project funds must be funded in Guru SafePay before work begins. This ensures both parties are protected and guarantees that the budget is secured.
Milestone-Based Payments: Large projects are broken into 3–4 clear milestones. Payment is released only after you review and approve the deliverables for each stage.
Deposit: A 25% initial milestone is required to begin the discovery and design phase.
Invoicing: I handle all billing directly through the Guru platform to ensure a secure and documented transaction history.
Availability & Timezone Sync: I operate as a global developer with a schedule strictly synchronized to US Eastern Standard Time (EST). While physically located in Nigeria, I have trained my workflow to function entirely within New York business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). This ensures zero delay in communication and full availability for real-time collaboration and meetings.
Communication: I prioritize clear and consistent updates. I am available for messages via the Guru Workroom and can schedule video calls for project walkthroughs. I provide a status report at the end of every milestone.
Revisions: Each project includes two rounds of major revisions. This ensures we stay on schedule while making sure the final product matches your vision perfectly.
Post-Launch Support: I provide 14 days of technical support after the site goes live. This includes fixing any bugs and ensuring your booking and payment systems are running smoothly.
