Work Terms

Communication
All project discussions will be handled through Guru messaging to ensure clarity and documentation. I respond within 24 hours (often sooner).

Project Scope
A detailed brief is required before work begins. Any changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote and timeline.

Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity. Standard turnaround:
Social media designs: 24–72 hours
Copywriting projects: 2–5 days
Full branding/content packages: 5–10 days
Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.

Payment Terms
50% upfront for fixed-price projects
50% upon final delivery
For larger projects, milestone-based payments are preferred.

File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the requested formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, DOCX, etc.).
