My goal is to participate in the realization of innovative projects, optimization of systems and development challenges.

I have been working as web-developer since 2010 as a freelance.

Between 2013 and 2014 I have been working as Development Manager for Alliance HB Srl (Italy) improving my skills in project management, coding coordination and design support.

In 2014 I participated in the growth of the company covering the role of Managing Director.

Since 2015 I'm working in Berlin as a freelance developer in collaboration with AffilatePerformance GmbH.

Since I started working as a developer I have put my focus on learning new technologies in order to offer an advanced service always up to date.

I improve my skills continuously paying attention to the evolution of technology, languages and tools.

I consider myself a problem solver able to focus on the goal of a specific task and find the best solution avoiding preconceptions about what I can do and what I can learn to do.

When working in a group, I am friendly but precise. A good collaboration is the key to the success of a project and avoiding conflicts is an important step to lead the group towards a specific goal.
