Senior Project manager, Shopify Product Manager, and Techinical Support Represantative
I worked as a Senior Project manager at Mirch Media Inc. I handled the call center, Email marketing, QA, website, dialer management, and social media management. I've worked also as a Web manager(www.findpare.com), an Onlineshop website. My duties are researching products, entering products, and admin works. I have also 3 years of experience as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist. Technically inclined with CMS and CRM. Responded to incoming technical support calls. Experience in administrative support, Virtual Assistant, Shopify, HTML, adobe photoshop CC(layout design), WordPress work, dialer management, google drive like spreadsheets, google docs, google form, and reports. I am seeking a position where I can utilize my knowledge and experience in administrative and customer support. Proficient in a number of computer applications and experienced at multi-tasking in a demanding work environment.

Can troubleshoot iPhone, mac OS. I worked as technical support and also senior technical to manage a server.
