Work Terms
I work Monday to Friday, typically responding within a few hours during
business hours (CET timezone).
For research projects, I require a brief intake before starting — either
a short form or a 15-minute call — so I fully understand your target
market, offer, and what you need the research to accomplish. This ensures
the deliverable is actually useful, not generic.
All projects are processed through Revolut. For fixed-price projects,
I work in milestones — typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For
hourly work, I invoice weekly.
Revisions: I offer one round of revisions included on all deliverables.
Additional revision rounds are billed at my hourly rate.
I don't take on projects where the scope isn't clear. If you have a
vague brief, I'll help you sharpen it before we start — but I won't
begin work until we're aligned on exactly what success looks like.
Communication: I prefer written briefs over calls where possible, but
I'm happy to jump on a short call to kick off a project or resolve a
question quickly.
I'm selective about the projects I take on because I care about the
outcome. If I don't think I'm the right fit, I'll tell you upfront.
