Hours of Operation:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Payment Terms:
I prefer milestone-based payments through Guru’s SafePay system to ensure transparency and security for both parties. Rates and milestones will be confirmed before work begins

Communication:
Primary channel: Guru message board (for all project-related discussions)
Video/voice calls via Zoom or Google Meet, if agreed upon after project start
I respond to all messages within 24 hours

Revisions & Quality Assurance:
Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed scope
Major changes or additions may require a revised quote

Confidentiality:
All client materials and communications are handled with strict confidentiality
