I have been a tech guru since my first toy robot. I took it apart to see how it worked and ever since then I am driven by curiosity. I have a thirst for knowledge and new things. Which causes me to research more and more about what I am working on. Want a manual created for workers or individuals with little technical no-how on your new application? I learn everything I can about your work-flow, the application, the terminology and language you use and then put all of that into my documentation. I have provided technology services to individuals for over 12 years so I have worked with the most tech-savvy individuals to those who have asked "What is a mouse?"

I do the same thing for each job. My most recent project was to create an application to house client information for an organization providing community services. The application consisted of a tabbed workspace for various stages of the enrollment process including referral, intake, enrollment, transfers, and termination from the program. Within this application reports were created to detail workloads, client status, and many others.

Work Terms

I am generally available during the evening hours 6pm EST until when needed M - F. Weekends my availability varies dependent upon requirements. Contact and collaboration via e-mail first is preferred after phone calls or instant messaging can be used.
