About

Highly motivated web developer enjoying the challenge of freelance activity

I am constantly trying to improve, to challenge myself over new horizons.

I love experiencing new points of view, to broaden my mind through communication.

I think I have a great potential, and try to live up to that.
From my point of view, social and human 'skills' are much more important than technical ones, I mainly aim to understand and enhance the first ones (the latter ones are easier to acquire when needed ;)).

Of course, I try to be a positive influence (just anywhere I have a role; my family, my friends group, my work group, my society) and try to keep a great attitude towards any circumstance.

Work Terms

I am currently flexible with my working hours, I have availability and motivation to work as much as needed, I enjoy putting my best to achieve the best possible result, and to generate a positive synergy with clients and coworkers.
I rather be payed by objective than by worked time, and if possible be payed part in advance, and part with the delivery (if the working period is not that long, of course) so as to generate commitment on both parts.
I try to leave the conditions as clear as possible from beginning, to communicate whenever a decision has to be taken, but at the same time to take ownership of my affairs, taking responsibility for my decisions. I think an oral conversation is usually better to reach an agreement, but its important to always leave a written record (as a summary of the meeting) so as to make sure everyone is on the same page.
