All project communication will take place through the agreed platform (Upwork, Fiverr, email, or project management tool). Clear and timely communication from both parties is essential to ensure smooth progress and on-time delivery.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement.

Revisions must relate to the original requirements.

Major changes or new functionality may incur additional charges.

4. Timeline & Delivery

Project timelines are based on the availability of required information, feedback, and approvals from the client. Delays in feedback or resources may affect delivery dates.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the platform’s escrow or milestone system.

For fixed-price projects, work begins once the milestone is funded.

For hourly projects, time is tracked transparently using the platform’s tools.

Completed work will be delivered only after payment milestones are approved.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all agreed project deliverables and source code become the property of the client, unless otherwise stated. I retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

All project information, data, and materials shared by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
