Work Terms

HOURS OF OPERATION
 
Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CET (Central European Time)  

Flexible for occasional evening or weekend work by arrangement.  

Projects are delivered within originally agreed schedules, allowing for quality and thoroughness without undue haste.

PAYMENT TERMS

Require SafePay escrow for all projects to ensure secure payment handling.  

Full payment (100%) upfront before project commencement for new and existing clients.  

Payment accepted via Guru’s secure methods. Work begins once payment confirmation is received.  

Require AutoPay to streamline billing and avoid delays.  

Two rounds of revisions included; additional changes billed at hourly rate.  

Cancellations after payment are subject to negotiation depending on work completed.  

Agree to split job fees with the employer per Guru platform rules.

PREFERRED COMMUNICATION STYLE  

Primary communication via Guru messaging for efficient and documented correspondence.  

Voice and video calls are programmable on request with a minimum 24-hour notice to allow proper preparation and ensure productive discussions.  

Typical response time within 24 hours on business days.
