I’m an accomplished award-winning executive with in-depth knowledge of research and business strategies over 11 years of relevant international experience and 100s of research projects completed in various sectors within corporates and start-ups. I work for Goodman Lantern.
Goodman Lantern is a UK-based organisation working with 'thought leaders' in the space of innovation, working with customers like Pearson Education, Expedia and others. All our services are offered in a pay-as- you-go capacity, charged by the hour through our pioneering online platform accessible via both computer and handheld devices. Our tools integrate various features including: 1. Project Management 2. Realtime Time-sheets 3. Routine Screenshots (of Analyst's computers on a minute by minute basis).
Work Terms
1. Screenshots: We time track all your work and take random screenshots of researcher’s screen. So you know we are exclusively working on your project when we say we are.
2. Timesheet: We send timesheet on a monthly basis, although the customer can ask to be sent at anytime. Timesheet highlights the tasks we have been working on and the corresponding time.
3. Regularly in contact: We like to keep in touch with our customers on a regular
basis. It’s not unusual that we connect with our customers on a daily basis, on some occasions more than
once.
4. Cost: Our costs are $25+guru.com fee /hour, which does not include any additional items like job advertisements, phone calls etc. Those items will be billed to you directly and we will take prior permission.
5. Entries: It goes without saying that we will make sure to collect 'as many entries’ as we can find. If there are any obvious ones you can't find, please point them out. We will include it in the research and conduct some more analysis on that basis.
6. Research: From experience we know that’s it’s sometimes impossible to complete all the fields for every entry, most likely because they aren’t made public. Obviously we aren't cutting corners, it's just being realistic about our approach and upfront communication with our customers.
7. Contact Details Research: On some occasions, we have found that the website doesn't provide email addresses, but there is either a web form or a social media account. In those specific cases we will provide you those web links instead.
8. Communication: As it happens you (and the 'end client’) are subject expert(s). We are good at research and we try and be as thorough in our approach as possible but if there are any errors, we would like you to address them and we will correct them immediately. We will make it a point to submit our findings ASAP, so you have a chance to guide us if there are any loose ends.
