Ever since being a kid, I’ve always been about the “why” and “how”. First being a software developer made me understand the product and its limitations. However, delving into UX Design has been mind-blowing in that I get to totally understand “how” users actually use these products and “why” they would make certain choices over others.

Why would she buy that product? How do I communicate my UVP to my target audience? Who is even my customer? Why would they choose one product/service over the other?

These are some of the questions I’m so privileged to help businesses investigate and answer through UX Design. Passing my knowledge over to others is another deep interest of mine, and I do this through private mentorship/training programs.
