Barbara brings a wealth of non-profit experiences to your board of directors. She has a BA in Speech/Drama and an MA in Social Sciences. For more than 30 years she has served in various capacities, implementing policies and maintaining the day-to-day operations of non-profit organizations. Barbara is an excellent organizer and delight in various challenging tasks. She has a passion for working in the non-profit arena and welcomes being a part of a creative team. She has served as Executive Directors of numerous organizations throughout her career and presently works as a consultant for Non-for-profits. A professional grant writer that provides affordable grant research, proposal writing, evaluation, and capacity building services to non-profit agencies, businesses and public entities throughout the county.
In this capacity, she brings the expertise of working with boards, serving on boards, and maintaining board relationships, both in her professional and personal life. She has served on numerous Boards throughout the years, such as: The United Way of Calumet City Illinois, President, Head Start Board of Directors (Lake County Indiana), United Way of Allegan County, Treasurer (Allegan County Michigan), Saugatuck/Douglas Youth Center Board of Directors, Unity Church on the Lakeshore Board of Directors, President (Douglas Michigan) and many more.

Work Terms

Each project is bid with 1/3 deposit required with remainder due in increments of completion.
