Across my career, I have helped commercialize category-defining technologies, lead surgical practice operations, build physician engagement programs, develop patient acquisition systems, support global product adoption, and create the content, platforms, workflows, and media assets needed to move ideas from concept to implementation.
Through EyeCare.Agency, established in 1996, I bring this integrated capability into one operating platform. It is not a traditional agency model. It is the way I connect strategy, commercialization, messaging, creative production, digital infrastructure, workflow design, and hands-on execution to help organizations move faster and with greater clarity.

Hours of Operation:
I am generally available Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with additional flexibility in the evenings depending on the project. For time-sensitive, strategic, or production-related work, I can often accommodate scheduled calls or focused work sessions outside typical business hours.
Communication:
I prefer clear written communication through Guru messages or other so project details, expectations, feedback, revisions, and approvals are easy to track. For more strategic, creative, or complex projects, I am available for scheduled phone or video calls when helpful.
Project Scope:
Before starting, I like to clarify the goal, audience, deliverables, timeline, and success criteria. This helps keep the project focused, efficient, and aligned with expectations.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms may vary depending on the project. Options may include partial payment to begin with final payment upon completion, milestone-based payments, retainer arrangements, or other mutually agreed terms. Payments may be submitted through Guru’s preferred payment system or through my website when appropriate.
Revisions:
Reasonable revisions are included when aligned with the original project scope. Projects requiring heavy revisions, ongoing creative changes, continued strategy support, or recurring updates may be better suited to a retainer model.
Turnaround:
Turnaround depends on the size, complexity, and urgency of the project. I value clear timelines and will communicate expectations before work begins.
Client Collaboration:
The best results come from clear goals, timely feedback, and open communication. My role is to bring clarity, structure, strategy, creativity, and execution support to help move the project forward.
