Hamilton, Morgan, and Sears met in 2011 in the engineering offices of Hatteras yachts. Since then, they have gone on to design for manufacturing in a variety of industries including military, aerospace, and mass production marine. Their passion for great design and prototyping has brought them back to the drawing board to form a new engineering partnership: GruntWorks Engineering.
