Hours of Operation
I’m available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Central European Time).
Weekend availability is possible for critical deadlines or emergency fixes.

Payment Terms
For fixed-price projects:
• 30% upfront (project kick-off)
• 40% at mid-project milestone
• 30% upon final delivery and client approval

For hourly work:
• Time tracked via Guru WorkRoom or approved third-party tools
• Weekly or bi-weekly invoicing depending on project size
• Payments expected within 5 business days unless otherwise agreed

Preferred Communication
• Guru WorkRoom messaging for all project discussions
• Video or voice calls (via Zoom or Meet) available upon request
• All communications centralized for clarity and traceability
