Work Terms

Engagement Model:
Services are provided on an hourly, fixed‑price, or milestone‑based engagement depending on scope and complexity.

Scope Definition:
All work is executed strictly as per the mutually agreed scope. Any additional requirements or changes will be handled through a scope change or new milestone.

Communication:
Regular communication via Guru messages, email, or scheduled calls to ensure transparency and alignment.


Confidentiality & Security:
Complete confidentiality is maintained.
NDA compliance, secure access practices, and enterprise‑grade security standards are followed at all times.

Access & Dependencies:
Client is responsible for providing-

Documentation
Stakeholder availability
Delays in dependencies may impact timelines.

Deliverables:
Deliverables may include-

HA/DR setup and validation
Performance & optimization reports
Knowledge transfer, if agreed

Testing & Validation:
Client participation is required for UAT, validation, and sign‑off.
Production changes follow change‑management best practices.

Revisions & Support:
Post‑delivery support and minor adjustments are provided as per the agreed scope.
Ongoing support requires a separate support or retainer agreement.


Working Hours & Time Zone:
Flexible working hours with overlap to client time zones as required (NA / EU / APAC).
