I am BIM Specialist. I have ability to create complete 3D model for a project in Revit and create presentations in Navisworks and do complete coordination.

B. Tech in Mechanical and Automation - 3+ years of experience in BIM MEP, Architecture , Structure and Facade. I have very good knowledge about Gulf as well other international BIM working methods (BEP,EIR,PEP etc).I have been working as Bim Engineer MEP, Expert in Revit , Navisworks , MEP Coordination all services and shop drawing. Good knowledge about IFC Versions by buildingSMART. Good understanding and flexible for different BEP’s (BIM Execution Plans)..I can work in all MEP services at any time in the project. I am expert in MEP coordination. I have knowledge about COBie. I have good knowledge about heat load calculation, Duct sizing and chilled water pipe sizing .I am also well versed with Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint and introduction part of database .I have handled a Europe(NLRS standards) laboratory project having 15 floors and handled a team 10 people in same project . Having 50 labs on each floor. I have worked on 15 story residential building project (New York). And worked on KVMRT (Malaysia metro). I have experience in gulf projets. I have worked in NHL(National Health Laboratory),Qatar and ALAR Qatar a residential cum hotel project. I am expert in metro project start from modeling upto shop drawings.Right now i am working on Malaysia Metro Project Model Clean up process and IFC parameter and final shop drawing.

Work Terms

I have very good experience in BIM Works complete procedure from starting till end of the project so we can discuss all over skype call or something. I can work only work 10 to 20 hours per week but speed and accuracy is very good.
