With over 28 years of experience across data analytics, enterprise IT, SaaS product development, and nationwide marketing technology initiatives, I bring a rare combination of technical depth, operational mastery, and cross-industry execution needed to build and scale high-impact organizations.
My career began in 1996 at HUL, progressing from data analyst to strategic IT leadership. Later, as COO of Lifespan—India’s largest diabetic clinic chain—I scaled the company from a 10-member startup to 600+ employees across metros. In this capacity, I led:
Architecting & managing a secure AWS-based Lifespan Healthcare system covering end-to-end operations, from clinic management to patient data security, ensuring scalability, compliance, and business continuity.
Developing and deploying a Pharma-SFA SaaS platform serving top-tier clients such as HUL, Danone, Eureka Forbes, streamlining sales force operations and enabling targeted, data-driven engagement.
Designing and executing warehouse, gifting, and supply chain management systems — from inventory tracking and pilferage control to order fulfilment — including innovations that boosted gifting business by 16%.
Launching India’s largest private in-clinic OOH media network (Oxygen TV) and leading Pureit’s tech-enabled marketing campaign, driving installations across 60,000+ doctors’ clinics nationwide.
My work extends globally — collaborating with Unilever UK and Turkey for the Amaze Brain Food digital gamification experience, U.S. partners for medical device integrations, and Chinese/Taiwanese manufacturers for media players for Oxygen TV as well as marketing gizmo tools for pharma marketing.
Following the unexpected passing of our MD in 2017, I successfully steered Lifespan through a critical recovery period—demonstrating resilience, loyalty, and a long-term commitment to value creation. Today, I bring hands-on expertise in scaling teams, executing complex transformation programs, aligning with global stakeholders, and integrating ITIL best practices into operational strategy.
