WORK EXPERIENCE:
(A) eClerx services ltd - I joined the organization in 2015 as a "Data Analyst". My responsibilities were preparation of Weekly and monthly reports on
The basis of data provided by our clients. Using the same data, I also prepared dashboards and provide insights. I was also responsible for maintaining accuracy and timeliness for each and every report. The primary tools required to accomplish these tasks were Excel, Power point & VBA.
(B) Ameriprise Financial services - I worked with AMPF from July, 2017 To October, 2019. Here, I was aligned with HR reporting and analytics. My responsibilities included preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and to provide HR data insights on ad-hoc basis and as monthly presentations. The Tools required to perform my work were Kenexa, Peoplesoft, Success factors, Excel, VBA and PowerPoint.
(C) Gartner - I am working with Gartner since October, 2019. I am working as a salesforce administrator here and responsible for end to end automation of reports and dashboards on excel (using VBA) and Power BI.
