Work Terms

1. Services

Freelancer agrees to provide the services as a Visual Designer. The core services are: Logo & Brand Identity Design, Layout Design, Photoshop Editing, Campaign and Event design, Social Media Design, Print Items (business card, ID card, brochure, menu, flyer, banner, billboard,.....etc.)

2. Payment

• Advance Payment: Client agrees to pay Freelancer an advance payment of 25% of the total project cost outlined in the SOW upon signing this Agreement.

• Milestone Payments: The remaining balance will be paid in installments as outlined in the SOW. These installments may be tied to the completion of specific project milestones.

3. Revisions and Changes

A maximum of 5 revisions for a project will be. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate of $30.

4. Term and Termination

• Termination by Freelancer: Freelancer may terminate this Agreement upon 3 days written notice to Client in the event that Client fails to make a timely payment or otherwise breaches this Agreement.

• Termination by Client: Client may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon 3 days written notice to Freelancer. In the event of termination by Client, Client shall pay Freelancer for all Services completed up to the date of termination, plus any outstanding advance payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Pre-existing Work: Freelancer retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in any work product or materials owned by Freelancer prior to the commencement of this Agreement.

Work Product: Ownership of all intellectual property rights in the work product created by Freelancer specifically for this Agreement will be transferred to Client upon full payment for the Services.
