Iron Oak was built to support busy millwork, cabinetry, casework, and architectural woodworking companies with reliable remote drafting and coordination support.
We started with a simple goal: help shops keep projects moving when drawings, revisions, approvals, and client updates start piling up. Many millwork teams already have strong internal people, but during busy periods they need extra support without the cost and delay of hiring full-time staff.
Our team supports clients with millwork shop drawings, redline revision updates, drawing log management, latest drawing set updates, follow-up coordination, and overflow drafting support. We focus on clear communication, organized workflow, defined scope, and reliable turnaround.
Before starting any project, we review the drawings, redlines, scope, required output, standards, and deadline so the work is clearly understood before production begins.
Our goal is to become a dependable remote support partner for millwork shops that need help keeping drawing-related work organized and moving.

Work Terms
We work on both fixed-price and hourly projects depending on the scope.
For most drafting and revision work, we prefer to review the project files first and then provide a fixed quote based on the scope, complexity, deadline, and required deliverables.
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Minimum Project Budget: $300
For small tasks, payment may be required upfront. For larger projects, we usually work with milestone payments such as 50% upfront and 50% before final delivery.
To begin, we request the available drawings, redlines, reference files, required output format, deadline, and any company standards or sample drawings. Work starts once the scope, price, timeline, and required files are confirmed.
Our services are based on the information provided by the client. Final design decisions, field verification, code compliance, engineering, and technical approval remain the responsibility of the client’s team.
