Work Terms

1. Project Engagement

Work begins after mutual agreement on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

A written proposal or contract will outline all project details.

2. Payments

Payments are milestone-based or per agreed schedule.

An upfront deposit (e.g., 30–50%) is required before project commencement.

Final deliverables are handed over upon full payment.

3. Communication

All communication will be through agreed channels (e.g., email, Slack, Zoom).

Regular updates will be provided as per project milestones.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a fixed number of revisions (typically 2–3) within the agreed scope.

Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests will incur extra charges.

5. Timelines

Deadlines will be mutually agreed upon.

Delays caused by incomplete client input, approvals, or feedback may affect delivery dates.

6. Intellectual Property

All final deliverables will belong to the client upon full payment.

Dev Cre retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, strategies, and project details will remain strictly confidential.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Payments for work completed up to the termination date will be due.
