Work Terms

Availability: Based in Pakistan (GMT+5). Available Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 10 PM PKT. I start urgent fixes TODAY within 1 hour. Flexible for US EST / PST – easy to schedule Zoom.

Communication: Guru Chat + WhatsApp for fastest response (1-2 hours urgent, 6 hours max regular). Zoom, Skype available. Loom video updates for larger builds.

Project Management: Fix and migration jobs – simple checklist via Guru chat. Build and redesign – Trello or ClickUp with daily updates.

Payment Terms: Guru SafePay only. Fixed-price: 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Small fix jobs: 2 milestones – you pay after you see working demo on phone. Hourly: Weekly invoices.

Revisions: Fix jobs include 7-day bug support. Build jobs include 2 revision rounds + 14-day support after launch.

Deadlines: Fix and transfer = Same day or 24 hours. Builds = Timeline agreed before start. I have not missed a deadline since 2018.

Confidentiality: All your logins, data, and business info stay 100% private. NDA available if needed. Backup kept for 7 days for all transfer work.
