i am having above 2 years experience in bim modelling ( revit modeling)
i will provide a 3d model using different types of inputs like HAND DRAWINGS,IMAGES,PDF FILES,CAD FILES,POINT CLOUDS (SCAN DATA) ..etc
i will provide documentation along with the 3d model such as floor plans,elevations,sections presented on sheets and quantity take off ,all types of shedules also provided. model is developed from lod 200 to lod 500 as per clients requirement.
i will also provide renderings for the models.
