Work Terms

1. Communication
Primary communication will be through Guru’s messaging system.

I am available Monday to Friday, GST, and typically respond within 24 hours.

Video or voice calls can be arranged as needed.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables
A detailed brief is required before work begins.

Revisions: [3] rounds of revisions included (minor edits; major changes may incur extra fees).

Deliverables will be provided in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD, or others as agreed).

3. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery: [1-5 business days] depending on project complexity.

Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.




For fixed-price projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (or milestone-based as agreed).

For hourly work: Time tracked through Guru’s WorkRoom; weekly payments required.

5. Revisions & Edits
[1–3] rounds of revisions included in the quoted price.

Additional revisions will be billed at [$10/hour]

6. Ownership & Rights
Full copyright and ownership of final, approved designs transfer to the client upon full payment.

I retain the right to display non-confidential work in my portfolio.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the project is canceled before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued.

No refunds will be provided after final files are delivered.

For hourly jobs, payment is due for hours already worked.

8. Confidentiality
I respect your privacy and confidentiality. All shared materials and information will be kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed.
