Human Resource & Legal Research Assistant | NGO Specialist | Common Law

Work Experience:
HR Management in NGOs: 5+ Years
I have worked with local and international NGOs managing full-cycle HR. My work included recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, staff welfare, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with both national labor law and donor requirements. I’m experienced in safeguarding, PSEA, and creating HR systems that work in resource-constrained environments.

Head of Legal Research, University Moot Courts: 2024 - 2026
I led the legal research team for university moot court competitions.
Responsibilities included legal research, drafting memorials, coaching students on advocacy, and analyzing complex common law cases. This role strengthened my research, writing, and analytical skills, and gave me deep exposure to legal argumentation.

Work Terms

WORK HOURS & AVAILABILITY
I work flexible hours to support clients across all time zones.
Standard Delivery Time: 48 hours for HR policies, contracts, and legal research
Urgent/Rush delivery available upon request

PAYMENT TERMS
1. Milestone-based: 50% upfront to start, 50% upon delivery
2. Fixed Price: For HR policies, contracts, handbooks, and templates
3. Hourly: For legal research, audits, and advisory work
All payments are processed securely through Guru. Invoices and receipts provided.

COMMUNICATION MODEL
1. Primary: Guru Messages - for all files, drafts, and feedback
2. Meetings: Zoom / Google Meet - scheduled to fit your timezone
3. Updates: Regular progress updates on all projects
4. Response Time: Within 12 hours. I reply to all messages within 1 business day
