Spatial Logic & Interior Drafting: Complex layout modifications to resolve spatial friction. Leveraging our integrated architectural and interior design expertise, we optimize multi-unit floor plans to maximize usable square footage and streamline circulation (e.g., shifting mid-landing entries to efficient central corridors) without compromising the final interior aesthetic.
