While I loved working in-house as a Training and Development and IT Director for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more businesses succeed. I began consulting to support expanding organizations with training solutions. I have had the opportunity to work with terrific organizations that started as short-term contracts and turned into long-term business relationships. I am passionate about utilizing my skills to support organizations through building sustainable, consistent, engaging training programs that benefit the employee lifecycle from onboarding through long term career development. I enjoy supporting organizations through the discovery, decision, development, design, and deployment process. My focus is to provide clients with enhanced training options and tools that support an investment in both the employee career success and company growth and expansion initiatives.
