I Translate Data into Actionable Strategies to Improve Your Bottom Line
I have been with large and small businesses over the last 18 years and find their struggles are generally rooted in similar issues. Over the past few years it became clear to me I do the same thing regardless of where I am. I find problems, I prove those problems through metrics, and then identify solutions to improve the company.
I finally made the leap from helping just one company to making myself available to many organizations so I can assist them in achieving success. I bring a unique skill set to the table which transcends industries. As a result I can leverage my learnings and apply them anywhere.

Outside of work, I run my Portuguese Water Dog in AKC Agility Trials. I also do water work training with her allowing her to use the skills she would if she was working on a fishing boat like her ancestors did in Portugal. I take advantage of the sunny San Diego days to paddleboard as much as possible.
Work Terms
I generally work Pacific Time Zone hours, however I am flexible working either Mountain or Central Time Zone.
My payment terms are generally 10 days after invoice is sent. I maintain an account for conference calls and screen sharing, and prefer most communication be done via email to generate a traceable to do list for both parties.
