Work Terms

I am committed to providing high-quality work while ensuring clear communication and professional collaboration. Please review my work terms below:

Hourly Rate / Fixed Price:
My hourly rate is $10/hour. For fixed-price projects, I provide estimates based on the project scope and complexity.

Availability:
I am available for 30 hours/week. Let’s discuss your project needs to determine a suitable schedule.

Communication:
I prefer communication via Guru messages, Zoom for video calls. I respond within 24 hours on business days.

Project Milestones & Deadlines:
For larger projects, I prefer breaking them into milestones with agreed deadlines. This ensures the project stays on track.

Revisions:
My rates include up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond that will incur a fee of $5 per revision.

Payment Terms:
I require a 50% deposit for fixed-price projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Hourly projects are billed weekly or bi-weekly. Payments are accepted via Guru SafePay or PayPal.

Confidentiality:
I treat all work with the utmost confidentiality. I am also happy to sign an NDA if required.

Project Scope:
The project scope will be defined at the start. Any additional tasks or changes will be agreed upon before proceeding and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations within 48 hours of project start receive a full refund. After 48 hours, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.

Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, ownership of the work is transferred to you. You will have full rights to the completed project.
