I have an excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting over the phone and over the internet using remote access applications like Skype, Team viewer, Intelli admin, VNC, Windows remote assistance, screenconnect (connectwise),remote desktop, etc on sites like Upwork. In addition to that, I am a Microsoft Certified Professional with skills in Dynamics CRM and ERP, Office 365 and Windows Server 2012 administration, Wordpress, Cpanel and Linux servers. I possess experience in ticketing systems such as ServiceDeskPlus and SupportCenterPlus.
I am willing to be on standby 30 hours per week Monday through Friday. My preferred mode of communication is via Email and Skype and I have steady internet connection.
