Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation I work primarily in East Africa Time (EAT, UTC+3), Nairobi, Kenya, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EAT. For US clients, this corresponds to: Pacific Time (PST): ~12 AM–9 AM (flexible for early calls). Eastern Time (EST): ~1 AM–10 AM. I'm happy to adjust for meetings in US business hours (e.g., 9 AM–5 PM in your local US time zone) with advance notice—please suggest a few options! Responses outside my core hours may be delayed until the next business day. Weekends and Kenyan public holidays are usually off unless pre-arranged. Payment Terms 50% non-refundable deposit required upfront to start (via PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, etc.). Remaining 50% due on final approval and delivery. Smaller/quick commissions: full payment upfront. Invoices via email; Net 14 terms preferred (payment within 14 days). Late payments may add 1.5–2% monthly fee. Prices in USD (or KES equivalent); excludes platform/taxes unless noted. Preferred Communication Style Main: DMs here, WhatsApp if agreed. Reply within 24 hours during my business hours. Feedback/revisions: Consolidated notes in one message preferred (up to 2 minor rounds included; extras at $X/hour). File sharing via Google Drive, Dropbox, or email. Additional Notes Work begins after deposit and agreement. Rush jobs (3–5 days) may add 20–50% premium. Full commercial rights transfer on final payment; I retain portfolio rights unless specified.
