I have been working in the BPO sector from 8 years and i have handled the business process such as Online traffic school, appointment settings for medical and physiotherapy. companies. I have also worked for technical support stuff for internet service providing companies and also worked for a diamond selling company.

Currently i am working with an ATM Company in USA and i can offer 24*7 services for all the inbound services such as Chat support, appointment settings or customer support tasks.

I am always flexible interns of prices and for me, working with reasonable rates for long term is important than getting paid higher for the short term process.

For me, i can only say that, once i get in touch with a business and if i get a job, the employer will never have to find a new person to replace me for sure.
