1. Hours & Availability:

Operating Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [GMT+5 Time Zone].

Sessions are by appointment only. Evening/weekend availability is limited and not guaranteed.

I respond to inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

2. Payment Terms:

All work must be hired and paid through Guru.com for security.

Tutoring: Uses Guru's Hourly Payment Protection. Payment is required before sessions, and time is tracked with the Guru Time Tracker.

Fixed-Price Projects: Operate on a milestone payment plan.

Digital Products: Are instantly downloadable and non-refundable.

3. Communication & Policy:

Keep all project communication on the Guru.com platform.

Cancellation: Requires 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

No-Show: I will wait 15 minutes for a session before it is considered a no-show and billed in full.

4. New Students:

I recommend a brief introductory call to discuss goals before booking a full session.
